#7 Du’kaas Kh’Lharien
Whew, I am waaaaay behind. Expect more sketchy stuff like this until I catch up.
Once the lowly house mage for House Kh’Lharien, Du’kaas was known for his cruelty and love of self inflicted pain. During an attack on his home city, Du’kaas made his move. He murdered his mother and his three sisters, sparing only the mind-flayer house advisor. Escaping to the surface, he has struck out on his own. A powerful archmage, he seeks to inflict suffering on everyone around him, including himelf.

You know, it was bound to happen. Either you or me, really, and you were in control this way.
Actually, this look kinda compliments Du’Kaas, as I understand the character. He wouldn’t exactly hang about for a portrait, you know? Well, not a conventional one.
In a technical sense, the rawness of the treatment does really jive with the dastardly bent of the character.
I really like the inking of this. The ink splashes work really well.
He MURDERED his whole family?!? Even his loveliest sister? Terrible.
