#3 Billy

The Twelve.

Billy-boy here was born in March. People didn’t know what to expect, what kind of a beast would the March’s cursed baby be. When Billy was born, people really thought that an alien came out. Rabbit babies aren’t really that cute when just born, so go and figure how “cute” they are when a rabbit headed human baby with a twenty times bigger head than an usual rabbit baby has comes to this world.

Anyway, Billy turned out to be a really cute child. When he was a teenager, punk was something that turned out to be “his thing”. He was pretty rebellious teenager, a bit angsty too. He became more sensible when he was around 20-years-old. He still does have that punk spirit in him, though.

When not drunk, Billy is a rather quiet person, keeping company to himself. He does enjoy company that involves other people a lot too, but in those situations he’s more like an observer.
Whenever Billy is drunk (and alcohol is his lover…………….) , he gets into fights a lot. Silly bunny.

Aprilll tomorrowww!

#2 Leni

The twelve.

Leni was the second cursed child, being the first born child in February. Everyone were expecting a second bullhead, similiar to Kenneth, but instead a tiger headed girl was born. Leni’s parents were of course relieved that the ‘thing’ that came out was at least cute, but as much as they were relieved, they were in shock.

Leni is really social and an open person. She likes to move, doesn’t really matter how, she just enjoys walking, running, jumping, dancing, jogging – you name it. She is really girly and does have a bad temper. That’s why she often hears herself being called a princess because of her acting towards other people at times.
Leni does and enjoys some cat-like things, like cuddling. The worst habit she has is biting. She bites nearly anything – but not living things ofcourse…. not all the time at least.

Tomorrow – the kid of March!

#1 Kenneth

The twelve.

In 1990’s, in a certain town, a chinese man cursed the first child of each month. The child was born with the head of an animal.

Every woman that was pregnant did fear the curse. They were – of course – worried, that they’d give birth to the first child of the month, ecpecially after the first child was born in January. Before the January’s child was born, no-one knew what the curse would do to the child, but then…
In January, the child was born with a head of a bull. He was otherwise a healthy baby and his mom was lucky that the boy did not born with horns. His dad left after he saw his son, but “the Bullhead’s” mother decided not to give up her strange child, but to raise him. “The Bullhead” got his name after his stubborn grandpa – Kenneth.
Kenneth is quiet and stable, speaks only when he has something to say (not too often). He likes to play chess and to smoke his pipe. He doesn’t really care about other people but no wonder since other people didn’t give him easy times back in the days when he was younger.

Tomorrow I’ll tell you about the February’s child.

2011 Challenger: Katri Korpela

Hi, I’m Katri but Riiva is something I’m being called in the great Internets also.

I live in Finland where we ride polar bears and have penguins as pets. I’ll be 21 in December and I study set building. It’s my final year and after this I should graduate as a set building artisan.

I love creating; characters, universes, stories – you name it, but I haven’t been doing that for a long time now. Drawing is also something that I should’ve done more, but for some reason I draw rarely nowadays. That will change! That’s why I decided to take part to this challenge.

Few words about “what can be expected from me”.. Well, my style is heavily inspired by art nouveau, Alphonse Mucha is my greatest inspiration and idol. I also adore artists like Kay Nielsen ans Salvador Dalí, so I do play with things like anatomy a lot.
I usually prefer traditional media, but may use digital flat colouring on traditionally done, inked line-art.
My deviantart is a good place to check out what I’m talking about!

Good luck everyone!
