#24 Bloorp

| November 24, 2012 | 0 Comments

Bloorp (in his people’s language) was an envoy of a race of subterranean mud people, sent to the surface to gather information for an invasion. Upon arriving, he experienced human culture for the first time and became entranced by our ways and in particular music.

Forgetting his plans to subjugate humanity, he took up the electric keyboard and started busking on the streets of the big city. Unfortunately, his stubby fingers make it difficult to do changes, and he has no ear for music. Or ears of any sort, for that matter.

Day Twenty-Four – The Descendants

| November 24, 2012 | 0 Comments

Due to sickness and holiday, I have fallen four days behind in this challenge, so the only way to catch up was the create a team of four characters. Please forgive the hastiness under which they appear. I present: THE DESCENDANTS! Each team member has a famous ancestor and they are heirs to their power and authority.

NASRULLAH HUDA: Descended from Aladin, Nasrullah is still in possession of the flying carpet, except the wear and tear of the centuries left only enough material for her to fashion a doublet from the once magnificent tapestry. It allows her to fly much as one would imagine a jetpack would.

MONA LASAR: Mona is in possession of the Seal of Solomon (and thanks to my terrible drawing skills, it would appear his hands as well). The magic she works is neither good nor evil, but what her intentions make it so.

AI CHAN: Ai is descended from Gan Jiang of Chinese legend and wields the Ganjiang Sword. She search for its twin, Moye.

SISTER SOBRIETY: She does not per se own a relic, but is herself a relic: a clone of Saint Teresa of Ávila, made from the heart that was nightly “trasverberated by the Love of God.” It is not known what powers she has beyond a sharp intellect and a keen (yet modest) fashion sense.

Not at all sure what this is. I just started drawing and let it go until it got to this point. I’m definitely adding him to the crew of Snake Luster’s Rabid Wombat!

Day 20: Shady Sheep

| November 24, 2012 | 0 Comments

Part of a new book project. It’s looks like a children’s book, however it’s a story for adults mostly because of the profanity and drug use. For shame.

Golem Gary

Another crew member of the Rabid Wombat. Snake luster gives him the name Gary. He is extremely curious, and eager to please. His greatest desire to be really alive.

Day 24: Enesos Poison

| November 24, 2012 | 0 Comments

There is good science, there is bad science and then there is…insanity!

Doctor Enesos used to be an academic doc that respected life more than anyone! One day all his life was ruined and his whole family & village burnt to the ground, during the Playmobil war. Since then, he rejected sanity of his vocabulary… The Living BRICK was only one of his abominations. The most dangerous was another unfortunate fellow doctor, Doctor Tentapous!

Day 23: The Living B.R.I.C.K.

| November 24, 2012 | 0 Comments

Thuck Nysteros was the assistant of the insane Doc named Enesos Poison. He was so fully loyal to him, that accepted to be the guinea pig for an experiment studying the possibilites of an actual merge of living and non-living things. That’s how Brotesque Recklessly Injected Cubic Kal was created. It’s a huge living brick containing Thuck’s soul. Utterly mindless and with absolutely no purpose in it’s life… The definition of a living brick.

Hanu, the monkey price

| November 24, 2012 | 0 Comments

Based off of the monkey king of Hindu myths, I made him a prince of a land that no longer exists. Thus he finds himself to be a part of the crew of monster pirates of the Rabid Wombat. He can change size and give off power in a burst, blowing things away. He is somewhat demanding and unconcerned with the little matters of daily life.

Gears fixes stuff. Men are not stuff, so if you’re a broken man and you’re looking for a woman to fix you — keep looking. But leave the keys to your car.
