Hi, my name is Teresa Gagnon. I have a BA degree in Liberal Arts from Albertus Magnus College with a major in Art, concentration in Graphic Design and a minor in Communications. I also picked up Sociology, English and Humanities as minors while I was there...which highlights my greatest asset and flaw...I am a jack of all trades, master of none. I'm looking to become more focused as an illustrator, specifically sequential art and hope the 30 Characters project will motivate me toward this goal.

And I’m done! I can’t believe I actually completed the challenge…I’m not exactly thrilled with all of them, but I did it!

She’s not quite to my liking yet, but I needed to get her done…tomorrow I’m going into NYC and I have a cold…and so I just want to meet the deadline and I can perfect my characters later.

I found this little girl in my sketch book and decided to develop her a bit and share her here.

A little under a month ago I started working on a comic my husband came up with called “Now What” I created two strips and then fizzled.  I decided characters 3 and 4 would be the two main characters from that strip, to hopefully motivate me to go back to them.  So, here is the alien counterpart to “Now What”.

These characters are my husband’s concept…two humanoids that combine to make one super humanoid…in 3-D…okay so it’s not really 3-D.  At least I don’t think they are….maybe I should go find some of those glasses, lol.
