#25 – Pax

| November 26, 2010 | 3 Comments

Pax is the Roman Goddess of peace. She’s found her home in the Mythoscape on the island paradise with other Gods of her persuasion. Laid back and cool, but Pax having grown tired of the Wars in the real world, avoids any civillians who wander around the island. Pax is also starting to hate the growing conflicts in the Mythoscape. Between the Shattered, the Dark Gods and all the controlling egos running around, Pax is wondering where she has to go for the Peace she desires so badly.

Nice, although you’d think gods and goddesses of peace (like Pax for example) would actually work to create peace.

Maybe she’s tried that. And tried and tried and tried. She’s tired. She’s starting to give up. Starting to believe she’s waging a losing battle. As long as she’s been trying, maybe she’s a little Burnt out…

Peace for yourself doesn’t always include Peace for others. Living with a bunch of warmongers would be a pacifists nightmare. Not only burnout, but Pax could have a serious case of PTSD, to boot. I like the concept of this character, Joe, and the art is fabulous. The tie-died hippy-dress is just awesome! Well done!
